Vacancy Annoucement
Vientiane Plaza Hotel is providing the hotel service, Shopping and Rental Office with international standard. The Hotel is situated right in the heart of Vientiane Capital and just a walking distances to the ministries and favorite businesses, we are now seeking for candidates with the strong commitment to serve for the following position:

Chief Engineering
– Maintain the condition of the physical assets of the hotel by carrying out any upgrading and project work in liaison with architects, interior designers and management.
– Ensure the effective operation of all the mechanical and electrical systems and equipment by implementing and managing a preventative maintenance program
– Ensure the quality of all work completed by both employees and external contracted staff adheres to the standards of good engineering practice
– Contribute to the hotel’s profitability by ensuring the effective management of the buildings environmental controls and energy conservation systems
– Contribute to guest satisfaction standards by ensuring that technical support services quickly

Qualification Required:
1. Education: Bachelor Degree Of Electric or Civil
2. Work Experience: Maintenance Working In Company Or Hotel
3. Language And Skill Proficiency: Good English (Speak, Listen & Written) , Microsoft Office, Outlook Skill
4. Minimum 3 year experience in Maintenance
