JOB TITLE: TECHNICIAN – CONDITIONING AND MONITORING (4 POSITIONS)
DEPARTMENT: MAINTENANCE, SEPON OPERATIONS
As Technician – Condition Monitoring, you will work closely with Engineer – Reliability to monitor the temperature reading, oil sampling, vibration observing, electrical read outs and other monitoring tools in the aim of data analysis to predict plant failure modes for the effective planned maintenance. Additionally, you will support and contribute to a high performance in maintenance planning function as well as identifying trends to monitor equipment to get the best outcomes.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
• Trade certificate in mechanical, electrical or related field
• Experience in usage of monitoring tools such as Thermography, Fluid measurement and vibration observation
• Good English communication with competency in evaluation and monitoring skills
• Strong knowledge of computer skills in MS. Office as well as maintenance management system (Pronto/SAP)
