Job Description
JICA Technical Cooperation “Project for Establishing Public Investment Plan under NSEDP (PCAP3)” is seeking for an experienced and qualified Lao national to fill the position of Technical Staff. The staff will be based in Vientiane City with occasional travels to the provinces.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To support Project activities
2. To collect and analyse data regarding public investment and district development
3. To draft documents and reports regarding the above topics
4. To provide interpretation and translation from Lao into English, or from English into Lao
REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES)
1. Master degree in relevant area (economics, public administration, rural development
or related social science fields).
2. At least 5 years working experience, preferably with governments or international organizations.
3. Excellent speaking, reading & writing skills in English and Lao.
4. Appropriate computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
5. Knowledge on public administration in Lao P.D.R would be an advantage.
