WWF-Greater Mekong is seeking to recruit well-qualified and experienced candidates for following position:
1. Technical Advisor, Protected Areas Management, Carbi Project
This position will act as Technical Advisor, Protected Areas Management for the
Protected Area component of the project, covering the Quang Nam and Thua Thien Hue
Saola Nature Reserves as well as the Bach Ma National Park extension in Vietnam, and the Xe Sap National Park in Laos. This position involves the development and implementation of best practice management systems for the Protected Areas. The Technical Advisor will be responsible for the coordination of the project activities and budget across the PA landscape, ensuring synergy, continuity and quality assurance. The position has a strong focus on capacity building and mentoring of WWF, government and partner staff. Monitoring and evaluation of outputs against actual outcomes also forms a key component of this position. Base location: Hue, Vietnam
