JOB TITLE: SUPERVISOR WELDING AND FEBRICATION (3 POSITIONS)
DEPARTMENT: MAINTENANCE, SEPON OPERATIONS
As a Supervisor – Welding and Fabrication, you will ensure all mechanical equipment within the mine maintenance group is maintained to a satisfactory level to meet the mine demands. You will build and coordinate a high performance Maintenance team, and also ensure MMG safe work standards are observed and implemented at all times. Further to this, you will select and mentor individuals for departmental succession plans.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
• A recognized Engineering Apprenticeship in Welding and Fabrication with Lao Drivers permit
• Supervisory experience with extensive knowledge in the use of stick, tig and mig welding
• Ability to interpret structural drawing and welding symbols
• Knowledge of heavy mobile plant maintenance and welding skills in all areas
• Fair written and verbal English with good communication skills
