JOB TITLE: SUPERVISOR – MOBILE MAINTENANCE (18 POSITIONS)
DEPARTMENT: MAINTENANCE, SEPON OPERATIONS
The role of Supervisor – Mobile Maintenance is to ensure the maintenances of all mobile equipment are planned and carried out safely and timely to prevent equipment failure. The incumbent will guarantee fleet availability in order to meet production targets, budgets and corporate objectives on daily basis. Additionally, the role will demonstrate leadership in MMG safety standards to all maintenance staff and ensure the safety policies are followed by the staff.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
• A recognized Engineering Certificate in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
• Extensive experience in mobile maintenance and team supervision
• Understanding of engine management systems with competency in troubleshooting engine problem
• Knowledge of mobile equipment maintenance with monitoring and evaluation skills
• Good English in both verbal and written communication skills
