Sale Administrative officer
Job Description

Report to Sale Administrative Manger, Sale Administrative Officer will be responsible for back office works relate to intermediary (agents and other distributions allocation area), or company branches and point of sale which includes:
• Be in charge of facilitation the commission, sending monthly commission record to agents and other distribution
• Monitoring the flow of document in internal process. Coordinate with Underwriting Departments, Accounting and Finance Department and IT department to make the process run smoothly
• Communicate with agents and other distributions to correct miss-information and premium transaction of insurance policy written by agents and other distributions.
• Monitoring and control the distribution of marketing materials, stationeries and all communication messages from Head Office to agents and other distributions
• Manage and control the admin. expense support to agents
• Follow up and monitoring agency loan and monetary support
• Support on providing insurance policy information per request to Claim Department for claim settlement

Qualification

• Higher diploma or bachelor degree of Administrative, Major in Accounting and Finance is preferable
• Has years experience in Accounting or back office management is preferable
• Good skill of MS office: Excel, Word, email
• Good sense of humor, being able to work with team
• High responsibility and willing to work in compression situation and manage work to reach deadline
