Operational Risk & Fraud Control Manager The position is responsible for leading and managing a high quality Operational Risk & Fraud control programmes for the bank including building appropriate testing controls in place and liaise with relevant authorities for implementation and settlement. Main Duties • Lead & manage the operating risk framework across the bank • Manage operational risk events, risk reporting and assessment • Identify and ensure the effectiveness of controls for money laundering, fraud/risk prevention. • Develop and deliver a risk awareness plan • Develop & maintain the Business Continuity Manual • Coordinate with all teams to build up Fraud control program. Skills/Experience • Tertiary qualifications in a business related field such as Commerce/Law/Banking • Strong knowledge of the principles of Operational Risk Management and Compliance disciplines • Effective and well rounded people management skills • Highly motivated and committed • Excellent written and oral communication, planning, problem solving and organizing skills • Computer literacy • Excellent problem identification & resolution skill
