Job Description

Allianz General Lao (AGL), the leading insurance company in Laos, was established in 1990. Now, we are looking for dynamic employees to join with us in Headquarter office in Vientiane as below positions:

Messenger / Internal shipping (1 position)

1. Diligently contact with client toward the renewal client, persuadable the customer to make the renewal, cross and up selling;
2. Be responsible to develop Head Office portfolio, being on duty at One Stop Gate Function at AGL Head Office;
3. Report to One Stop Gate Supervisor, working in team with other sale staff and colleague in One Stop Gate Function;
4. Warmly and professionally welcome, greeting and receipt customers who access to One Stop Gate Function, showing good image of company;
5. Accurately give product benefits and information, assist client with suitable solution satisfy with their need, guarantee any miss-selling occurrence;
6. Being responsible to issue the product quotation for insurance standard products;
7. Lead customers to UW for non-standard products and follow up the result;
8. Best on customer’s information, well perform on propose products to push the cross and up selling;
9. Contact clients to inform renewal due and encourage client to renew;
10. Issue the contract and present nicely to customers;
11. Go out to meet client or do risk survey;
12. Participate actively with team on develop sale technique, knowledge & skill;
13. Deal with the altering the policy such as policy’s endorsement, cancellation and health card and other internal document follow up;


1. Higher /bachelor Degree on business administration;
2. Male or female, maximum age of 35 years old;
3. Good command of English, written and spoken;
4. Good Computer knowledge (Ms. Office Applications);
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Insurance product knowledge;
7. At least 2 years experience in Sales;
8. Good coordinator and team worker;
9. Be able to work under pressure;
10. Pleasing personality;
11. Possess a valid driving license;
