LIGHT VEHICLE DRIVER TRAINER
Location: Phu Kham Copper – Gold Operation
Roster: 20 days on, 8 days off
Reporting to the expatriate Senior Driver Trainer, you will assist with the development and implementation of our new
light vehicle driver training program and be responsible for the delivery of ongoing classroom and practical training.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing high quality driver training to all staff responsible for light vehicle operation
• Implementing and updating training material, training records and procedures
• Delivering “hands on” training and assessment
• Leading and motivating staff to improve their driving skills and develop their performance
• Translation of documents relating to driver training policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will require:
• 3-4 years’ experience in light vehicle driver training
• Good understanding of safe and defensive driving techniques
• Strong communication skills in Lao and English language
• Excellent work ethic and willingness to work with different nationalities and cultures
• Current Lao drivers licence
