Human Resources Manager (1 Position)
Description
Xe-Pian Xe-Namnoy Power Company Limited (PNPC) has been established from March 2012 in order to design, build and operate hydroelectric power project, which will be located in Champasak Province and Attapeu Province. We are urgently seeking for highly motivated and proactive staff for Human Resource Manager position to manage and implement HR strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and Implement Human Resource work and Administrative work to meet with the Company’s Policy, objection and Lao PDR’s laws

• Recruit new Employee, who is fit with company’s requirements

• Design and Implement annual performance evaluation program

• Develop and Implement Training

• Design and Implement program for employees’ relationship enforcement (eg. Annual trip, etc.)

• Contact Lao PDR’s authorities concerning necessary permits or licenses in relation to HR work (eg. update rules of work, implement of Social Security, etc.)

• Provide counseling services for the day-to-day employee problems and complaints

• Set up and implement the company salary structure, compensation, welfare and benefits

• Maintain company rules of work and regulations. Occasionally, review and revise it in accordance with Lao PDR’s laws

Qualifications

• Lao’s Nationality, male with age over 30 years old

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HR Management or any related fields

• Minimum of 6 years in all HR functions including administration and facility with 3 years in management level

• Have experiences in work relating to expatriate employees (eg. work permit, etc.)

• Fluent in writing, reading and speaking English language

• Able to work in Vientiane Capital, Champasak province and Attapeu province

• Possess strong computer literacy

• Able to speak in Korean language is preferable
