We are searching for:
Head Chef
At La Residence Phou Vao
Preferred Lao, Thai or Expat National.
Will be based at Luang Phrabang.
Required a Head Chef functions for our luxury hotel La Residence Phou Vao.
Report to General Manager
Required Skills / Experience:
1. Minimum three years experience as Ex-Sous Chef or Head Chef for a single unit
2. Culinary degree
3. 4 years fine dining experience
4. Creativity and Passion
5. Excellent organization and administrative skills
6. High standards of cleanliness and sanitation
7. The ability to create unique menus that reflect and compliment the seasonality of Laos
8. Help in maintaining all department inventories and cleaning schedules
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Computer proficient.
11. Ability to think clearly, analyze and resolve problems and exercise good under high pressure or emergency situations.
12. Must be flexible in hours and days worked
13. Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments and delegate work.
