Customer Relationship Management Manager 1 Position (based in Vientiane Capital)
— Lead the implementation of CRM applications.
— Design and develop sales, marketing and CRM applications
— Do Customer Journey Mapping analyses touch points with the organization and maximize commercial opportunities.
— Oversee direct communications with customers through the CRM.
— Develop testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
— Administer and maintain databases of Business Intelligence Manager
— Develop the company report online portal as instructed by the supervisor
— Design and Automate reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) as well as dashboards for different departments (e.g. Marketing, Sales and Finance) and integrate them in the company report online portal
— Initiate ideas, gather and analyze business requirements as instructed by supervisor to translate them into technical specification and application to meet customers’ needs and to improve business processes.
— Work closely with IT team to implement Disaster Recovery and Backup Plan for CRM and reporting portal
— Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer science or related field.
— Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 including:
3+ years of experience in T-SQL programming
3+ years of experience in SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Service (SSAS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
— At least 3 years working experience in implementing CRM or other relevant applications
— Experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is a plus
— Possess passion for strong results.
— Knowledge and experience in Lao market will be an added advantage.
— Good spoken and written English.
— Willing to work hard under pressure
— Ability to work in a team and independently
— Ability to travel to provinces on occasions
